| And once you start pressurizing the piping it starts to leak. Go thru all your couplers and give them a check. Also check your turbos to make sure you don't have an open fitting. Check your waste gates to see if they have enough pre-load on them, take off the down pipes and see if you haven't got a problem with the waste gate swing valve. Check the bolts that hold the compressor housing are tight. Something is wrong and it should be simple fix of some kind. Also I say you should have 0 psi by around 3100 RPMS and full boost by 3900 or so.
